Consultation ($75): Following the pre-interview is the 90-minute consultation where we will have an in-depth discussion about your goals, current constraints, and necessary information for my script building, as well as what happens during hypnosis, the techniques I will use, and a suggestibility test.
Live Session ($60): In each session, I will continue to consult with you, make changes to the script as needed, and follow up with you on your experience. Each script and session will be curated to your lifestyle, goals, unique stressors, and routines at the time. The hypnosis portion of each session is recorded and sent to you, so you can return to it as often as needed.
