A combination of either one confidence/self-esteem session and two smoking cessation sessions or one confidence/self-esteem session and two habits/involuntary functions sessions. Our habits and usual way of doing things can be very difficult to change both because they’re comfortable to us and because we’ve unconsciously built patterns that support them. It can take anywhere from a month to six months for a new habit to become automatic, so this pack supports you in making lasting change as it encourages commitment, consistency, and positive reinforcement.

During the consultation we will determine whether you would like to work with already made scripts or tailor made scripts. Either way, this pack will take 15% off each session.

*If you fail to complete all three session you will be charged full price for the session(s) you did complete.
