Three total sessions: A combination of either one confidence session and two smoking cessation sessions, or one confidence session and two habits & involuntary functions sessions.

Our daily routines and automatic behaviors can be difficult to change because they are familiar to us and deeply embedded in our unconscious patterns. Because it can take anywhere from a month to six months for a new habit to become truly automatic, this pack supports you in making lasting shifts by encouraging commitment, consistency, and positive reinforcement.

During your deep-dive consultation, we will determine whether we will work with my general session scripts or customized scripts tailored to your unique routine. Either way, this pack applies a 15% discount to each of your three sessions.

*Package Terms: Discounts are contingent upon the completion of all three scheduled sessions. If the package is cancelled prior to completion, any completed sessions will be back-billed at my standard, non-discounted single-session rate.
